During the design stage we create the design and flow of your conversation engines. Before starting the design though, we meet with you first to learn about your goals, customer personas and what engines and integrations you need. We will meet with you a second time after designing the conversation to ensure you're happy with it.
Next, we implement the conversation engines and set up the necessary integrations. You will have another chance to make minor changes to the copy of your conversation engines before going live.
